"SOUVENIR" has forseen the future. A real life story about stolen African funerary sculptures, that almost entirely repeats the narrative of "Souvenir," has appeared on the BBC, in the New York Times, and in other Media.
"Souvenir" was written with the knowledge of how colonialism works, and how its effects last for generations, even in places far from the original events. We expect the story to be played out in actuality in many different forms in many nations in the years to come.
